Service Description
Enjoy the beauty of St Augustine's waterways and marine life and rent a pontoon boat with us today. Bring your family or friends, beach up at Conch Island, see dolphins and manatees playing in the water, or grab lunch at Beaches. Bring your own snacks and drinks and spend a great day on the water in St Augustine. Price does not include fuel. Fuel costs can be deducted from the deposit, or paid at the dock upon return. We accept cash, Venmo, cash app or Zelle. A credit card is required to rent. Deposits will be refunded within 48 hours of return of undamaged boat and all equipment. Note that It may take up to 7 days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Choose from half day (4 hours) for $400 or full day (8 hours) for $800. Half day rentals leave at 8am or noon. Full day rentals start at 8am. Price includes the boat rental and all the boat's accessories for up to twelve (12) guests. Fuel costs are calculated and paid at the dock upon return. Expect to pay around $32 for a four hour rental or $64 for an 8 hour rental. These are estimates only. Your actual price will vary depending on the cost of marine fuel on the day of your charter and how much fuel is used for your trip. We accept cash, Venmo, Cash App and Zelle. Renters must be 25 to rent. If born after January 1, 1988, anyone operating the boat must present a Boater Safety ID Card. Renter's can obtain a Temporary Boater Safety Certificate if they don't have a permanent Boater Safety Id Card or equivalent approved by Florida's Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC.) All guests, including minors, must have a signed Liability Waiver on file before the boat can leave the dock.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS ENTITLED TO REFUND Cancellations may be made five (5) days or more prior to the scheduled tour departure time for a refund of ninety percent (90%) of the original booking price. LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS Cancellations made within five (5) days of scheduled tour departure or cancellations due to “NO SHOW” will not receive a refund. However, tours within five days of the rental can be rescheduled within thirty (30) days at no additional cost to the customer. After thirty days, if the customer wishes to rebook, the renter must book a new tour at the then-current price. PUNCTUALITY AND LATE FEES Customers should arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time to complete pre-boarding activities . Late arrival will result in the required pre-boarding activities being deducted from your scheduled tour time. Tour Fees will not be compensated nor adjusted for late arrivals. INCLEMENT WEATHER SEA LIFE BOAT CHARTERS, LLC may cancel any reservation due to inclement weather which would make the rental unsafe. Tours cancelled by SEA LIFE BOAT CHARTERS due to inclement weather or other issues outside the customer's control are entitled to a full refund. The decision to cancel due to inclement weather belongs solely to SEA LIFE BOAT CHARTERS, LLC., not the Customer, in order to be entitled to a refund.
